As you said you had difficulty posting images I thought his may help.

First choose a photo and then go to http://www.imageshack.us/
Click on the browse button and navigate to you picture and double click on it. Check the resize box and choose 640x480 for pictures the size of these. Click host it.

When the next page loads scroll to the bottom and copy the very last line of code marked "direct link to image".

Now go to the new post page in this forum and click on the tree icon. A box will pop up where you can paste the code you copied on the ImageShack site.

Click OK and your code for your photo will appear in the message window.

Click Preview to make sure all is well and if so post it.
