just researching the court case of 1686 that declared the recently deceased dugall mcavish of dunardry a "traitor and guilty of treason"

in 1686 the high court declared that dugall mcavish of dunardry now deceased was guilty of treason.

the court and king declared that

1...his fame and memory and honours to now be extinct

2...his blood to be forever "tainted"

3...his family to never have place or hereafter to hold any office, title , goods gear whatsover , rooms, tacks or heritages ..

4..his armes (army) to be removed from the books and his dunardry family never allowed to raise an army again

and it goes on...

so in 1686 the dunardry family was stripped of any rights to have lands, rent lands,,, rent a room to live in...and the family blood was tainted forever....

DOES ANYONE HAVE ACCESS TO DETAIL OF ANY COURT ACTION THAT OVERTURNED THIS...AND IF IT WAS...THE FULL DETAIL OF THAT PARDON ...IN EVERY AND EACH DETAIL...

IF HE WAS PARDONED ...WAS IT A FULL PARDON ...OR WAS HE STILL GUILTY OF TREASON BUT THE DEGREE LESSENED....??...IF SO WHAT SANCTIONS WERE UPHELD FROM THIS 1686 CASE ?
