good point....all good things time time eh....there really is no case to prepare as documents show

1..simon mactavish was recorded as "armiger of dunardry" by lachlans lawyer "james ferrier"

2...lachlans own son and heir sherrif dugald was apprenticed to the" ferrier" law firm

3,,,lachlans son and hier sherrif dugald was actually working in that VERY law firm at time of that docs writing

4..simon mactavish son and heir william mactavish is also documented as being titled "of dunardry"

5..this same doc was presented and sighted by the duke of argylle in early 1800....

6...if the "duke of argylle" locally titled simon mact and his son as "of dunardry" then that proves local accpetance of that title ( by the HIGHEST authority in the argylle area)..let alone the fact that lachlans lawyer prepares a legal doc describing simon mact as "title of dunardry"...and the fact lachlans son worked in that very firm so this alone PROVES that sherif dugald "disponed or gave or passed or abdicated" (whatever word you choose to use doesnt chnage the fact of the event and the papers that prove it )...lachlans lawyer would NEVER prepare a doc that confirmed the lands and arms of dunardry were now in hands of simon mact garthbeg UNLESS it were legally and morally condoned by his fellow worker who WAS LACHLANS SON>>>> SHERRIF DUGALD.......this PROVES that titles /arms of dunardry were NOW in garthbeg family ..NO QUESTION...NO DOUBT.....lyons office simply need to be made aware of this fact

7..this very document is a land xfr paper and in fact shows the aquisition and xfr of dunardry lands to the garthbeg family of simon mactavish...BUT the same doc defines that garthbeg family as being now titled "of dunardry"

8..we have now written statements by witnessess that state edward dugald mactavish knew of simon mactavish family holding the dunardry titles.

9...the archives offices in argylle show that edward dugald mact visited that office and requested to sight the VERY docs that prove simon mactavish was "chief"...and that he was shown them and had the content explained IN DETAIL

10...the argylle archives office also shows the fact the docs have "gone missing" since that visit...

11...a signed witness has stated edward dugald mact stated he had "stolen docs from arhives scotland " and that HIS reason was "they were his docs"...and edwrad dugald mact was "proud of his theft"

so it is very important that this case be well organised and delivered...MORE important than any normal approach to lyons as this case will do 2 things...
it will reinstate the mactavish history correctly and seat the chiefly titles back to the garthbeg home BUT more importantly

THIS CASE WILL ALSO see THE IMPRISONMENT OF ALL THOSE INVOLVED IN THE THEFT OF DOCS AND THE LIES AND ATTACK AND DECEIPT .....so in fact there WILL be NO opportunity for a counter claim from the present chief or his allies in crime as THEY WILL ALL BE IN JAIL...
and thats unfortunate for our clans reputation ....but one thing w'ell all be relieved of is that only 1 has the name "MACTAVISH" the rest have not

( and i havent even begun to quote the statement from a witness who has edward dugald stating clearly he NEVER wished his son steven to be chief because he distrusted his son and his son steven had. ##### )
